DAY 35: NEWS FLASH: Noah's Ark Found in Estes Park!

DAY 35:  Estes Park, CO - August 4, 2010

We have WiFi....We have WiFi......We have WiFi.....We have Wifi.......
We have Wifi........WhoooHooo

Ahhhhhhh........another day.........another motorcycle ride pounded by rain and hail!  Now, don't get me wrong; I AM NOT COMPLAINING....I'll take the pounding so long as I get to keep the cooler weather......Fortunately the mornings are GORGEOUS around here......but around 2:00 pm, look out!  Unfortunately, we didn't "look out" quick enough today......OUCH!

Prior to the "hail beating", we were cruising down the road when we turn a corner and see something that causes us to scratch our helmets.......before us was Noah's Ark.....right here in Estes Park, CO!  I swear, since being in Estes Park, we have discovered The Garden of Eden and now Noah's Ark.  I'm starting to feel like "Someone's" trying to tell us something.........

This morning before heading out on the bike, we welcomed a new neighbor on the block.......well, that is, right after he hit the parked car across the street......

I felt SO bad for them.......what a way to start off the day!  They were just sick about it; as was the lady who has a new dent in her car.....

And to all our friends and relatives who are suffering through severe heat and drought in the South.......drink lots of water; stay indoors OR get on a plane and head to Colorado......it was 59 degrees here today!

OK you two....it was 107 today at Sherwood Ranch on the banks of the steamy Spring Creek. But we image ourselves with ya'll in Cool Colorado.

I have determined you should write short stories or sitcom episodes. :-)

I hope you never run out of wifi or cool weather again. If it is 59 in august, wonder what it will be in December/January?
Did you get to go into the Ark....was it a replica.....was it someone's house? strange things in Estes Park, CO.
be safe and I love you both,
