Is that a leaf on the corner there ... better check to see if a Chuck "type" person strategically placed it there ....

Chair looks nice, well made, but doesn't really look comforable to me. If it's comfortable, you can probably find a place for it; otherwise, NO.

Yes, if you decide you really don’t have a place for it; I buy it, not sure where I’ll put it.

Yes support you need to support the economy. And whatever you need to get rid of to keep this chair you can give to me. Problem solved.

Oh yeah, buy it. That's an awesome chair. My grandfather had one a lot like this one when I was a little girl, that was covered in yellow leather. I can remember him sitting in it with me in his lap, chewing his tobacco. I'd die to have that old yellow chair. Yours looks vintage and if it is, they don't make 'em like they use to. And the sky is the limit with material if you decide to recover it. That's the only way I shop, buying things ( used and vintage ) I don't need but am attracted to. I will just move an item out I'm not too crazy about and replace it with the new found treasure. But you, Miss Interior Decorator, are the master at knowing this already. Good find !

Ummmm, I'm not a good one to ask because I just bought another hutch and I not only don't really need it, I don't have room for it either but it's from around 1900 and it was $300 and it's beautiful with beveled glass and a marble top. So, don't ask me!!

No don't buy it if no room

Rocking chairs are very good for your stomach and digestion. If it is real old, that is a plus......newly made rockers don't last and you find them at
the side of the road in strange places.......if it is leather, that is definitely a plug, as it looks like the upholstery is in good condition.....a back as "tufted" as this one is very good....as the upholstery will not shift, droop or be easily damaged due to it's tight fit. it looks like it is ready for a snugley throw and maybe a lumbar pillow.....I am getting drowsy right
now! If the platform is real wood and the seat support is springs too......there you go, such a good buy. Enjoy it a few years and then if it doesn't fit in, put it on craig's list at twice that price.
