TEMP: 73 Degrees in Cripple Creek / 97 Degrees in Colorado Springs
Sometimes life does go on.....
Remember our friend Chuck that we met last year while camping in Durango? He was parked next to us and had a trike just like ours......and his wife of 46 years had died just a few months before. He was traveling trying to find how to end one chapter in his life and open the next......
We have kept up with our friend Chuck over the past year and are happy to report that he found a special someone named Debbie over the past year that completes him. They were married a few months ago and, as luck would have it, are camping right here at the same campground as us.
The four of us triked our way to Cripple Creek, a neat little gold mine/casino town about 45 miles from Manitou Springs today.
It was great having the opportunity to meet this special lady of Chuck's and seeing that he's being taken good care of.........
And last but not least, check out sweet Murphy and his new girlfriend.....
He's in L-O-V-E......

I don't know what the temp is here, but I do know that it's hotter than H___ !!! Been outside putting a huge pool deck box together that we bought at Sams and I just can't take the heat any longer, I'm a wienie for sure. I just love you stories, this one was so sweet. And I want a puppy like yours or just a dog that will stay small. He's just adorable.
