While at the Paris Veterans Clinic this morning, I came across this in the women's restroom.....
An "Eye Dryer"......hummmmmm......I'm embarrassed to say it took me a good 60 seconds of staring at this sign to "get it"..........

You made my morning, because like you…. I had to stare at it for quite some time before “getting it”. I was afraid I was going to have to ask you what it meant. Still laughing !!!

That does sort of seem odd, until you re-read it about three times......and it could have been worded better, i.e. "This hand dryer with an electric eye (outlined in red) will malfunction if any object is within 36" below unit." They just need to ask an ordinary person on the street......not some engineer in an office in Hong Kong!
